1. GENERAL

These terms constitute an end user license agreement between the end user (“Client”) and GISGRO OY (“GISGRO”), a Finnish company headquartered at Yrjönkatu 42, FIN-40100 Jyväskylä, Finland. These Terms shall govern the use of software for viewing and analysing data (“Software”) marketed with the brand name “Gisgro” and fully developed by GISGRO regardless of the license type of the Client

The Software may be used in connection with and for the storage and evaluation of any data or for the purposes of viewing and analysing data provided by third parties (“Service”). The registration for the use of Software indicates Clients acceptance of these terms (“Terms”).

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software is not sold but licensed. GISGRO may grant both royalty-bearing and free licenses (limited features and services) to the Software or separate modules related to the Software.

Subject to the full payment of applicable fees to GISGRO and Clients registration to the Service, GISGRO grants Client a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the Software and any additional modules or components available for the Software from time to time for the purposes of viewing and analysing data (“Purpose”). GISGRO may, upon its sole discretion, issue additional modules, functionalities or updates of the Software, which will be made available to Client as determined by GISGRO from time to time.

Contacts

Overview

With Contacts you can manage the info of all clients and other stakeholders of the port in one place. You can add the details of a company, specific department or a person. You can also add groups to divide the contacts into! The contacts can be linked to features of different modules. For example subcontractors added in the contacts can be assigned to defects included in the Maintenance module!

View contacts table

You can view & organise contact information by opening Contacts from the left side navigation panel. In the contacts table view you can set filters and customise the information shown and save these settings as a bookmark. Read more about creating bookmarks here! Click on the filters bar and set the search conditions according to what information you are interested in. If you would like to see for example which contacts can be assigned as subcontractor you can easily do this by selecting to show the contacts where assignable field is true. In addition to setting these search conditions you can also define which fields you would like to see in the table and in which order. 1. GENERAL

These terms constitute the license agreement between the party providing data and reports to end users by using the software (“Licensee”) and GISGRO Ltd (“GISGRO”), a Finnish company headquartered at Yrjönkatu 42, FIN-40100 Jyväskylä, Finland.

This Agreement shall govern the use of software for viewing and analysing data marketed with the brand name “GISGRO” and fully developed by GISGRO (“Software”).

The Software shall be used by Licensee for the purposes of

providing any end users (“Client”) with data and reports created by the Licensee based on data collected from the Client;
inviting Clients to use the data;
storing data and reports; and
viewing and analysing data.

The Licensee provides Clients with services listed above by using the Software (“Services”). The registration for the use of Software indicates Licensees acceptance of these license terms (“Agreement”).

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software is not sold but licensed. Subject to the full payment of applicable fees of GISGRO and Licensees registration to the Service, GISGRO grants Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing and non-transferable right to use the Software and any additional components available for the Software from time to time for the purposes set out above in Section 1 (“Purpose”). The right is sub-licensable by the Licensee to Clients in the event a Client completes registration to the Service and accepts separate end user license agreement terms.

User settings

User settings is the place to go if you wish to review your Account details.

Account Details

This section shows your email address and name. You can change all information.

Additionally, you can choose the language setting for the GISGRO app. Current languages available:

English
Finnish
Swedish
Danish

Remember to Save changes before proceeding.

Change password

In this section, you can change your password. Make sure your password has at least 8 characters. Consider using a combination of unique characters, letters, and numbers to create a strong password.

Defects

Overview

With defects, you can keep track of your organisations repair or improvement needs. You can assign them to your GISGRO organisation users or to a subcontractor who doesn’t need an active GISGRO account. When you open the Defects panel you can filter them by tags, status, supervisor, assignee, observers or deadline. You can also choose to show only defects related to assets from the slider. You can find more filtering options under ** Advanced options**. There’s also a possibility to mark all defects read from the menu icon. The icon color indicates the status of a defect.

Report defect

You can report a defect by right-clicking on the map, and choosing Report defect. First, add a description, tags and any documents, pictures, or screenshots to the defect. After adding these the second phase will open options to give the defect a deadline and add all the related people. You can also add more information such as more attachments or select related markers from assets and incidents. The attachments can be organised with folders, read more here! You can remove, archive or export the defect by clicking the three lines icon and choosing the wanted action. Learn more about exporting markers here.

Add assets

Upload assets

Assets can be added manually from the map or 3D view or uploaded as DXF, GeoJSON or .shp files to GISGRO.

Add manually in GISGRO

Right-click at the selected point and select Add asset. On the map, you can also add line and area markers via right-click.

| You can add assets via map, 3D and 360 photos.

You can turn measurements into an asset by clicking the Add marker icon in the measurement panel.

You can pick buildings as an asset by right-clicking a building on the map and selecting Pick building as a marker.

|| Note! Building picking works only if you have LIGHT or DARK base map active and you have zoomed in.

Upload DXF/DWG/GeoJSON/shp files

Upload multiple assets simultaneously by opening the upload panel. If the possibility to import assets including attributes has been activated on your account, you can also import supported attributes and create attribute schemas for asset categories. Select Assets as a type and either drag-and-drop file to the map or click Upload. After that, select the types you want to import (all /areas/lines).

Before you import assets, you can:

Modify the category;
By default, assets will have the layer defined in the file (e.g., in DXF file the layer will be the category) *
