Access & edit 3D data
Access the 3D
Access your 3D datasets via map - click the dataset area on the map or select the wanted dataset from the dataset list. Click 3D on the panel or click the overview image in the lower right corner to access the 3D. From 3D, you can return to the map side via the same route.
Learn more about 3D tools from here.
If you have multiple adjacent datasets, you can view them simultaneously in 3D by activating other datasets via layers.
Survey report
Got a dataset from a surveyor? If yes, you can also see the report which the surveyor has shared with you. Open the report from Report button in the dataset panel. You can view the observations and/or chainages either on the map or in 3D, by clicking them on the list or via the map. You can also download a PDF report, view the additional chapters, and export observations in the report panel.
The report is only available for datasets shared by the surveyor
Download datasets
If you need the original dataset from GISGRO, you can download the zip file from the dataset panel. Open the wanted dataset from the list or the map and click the menu icon from the upper right toolbar. After that, choose Download dataset files.
Edit dataset
Organisation admins can edit dataset information. The title, description, location, survey dates, and vertical coordinate system can be changed.
In 3D, you can also edit dataset colors or Z-value indicators and set an overview image. Read more here.
The coordinate system cannot be changed.
Delete & archive datasets
Organisation admins can archive and delete datasets from the dataset menu panel. You can always unarchive a dataset. Access archived datasets via dataset list by activating Show archived from filters.
Note! Deleting a dataset will also remove all related information (e.g., PDF report, observations) permanently and it cannot be undone.
