With Emergency plans you can add plans for different types of emergency situations based on accurate geographic information. You can communicate to your staff and different stakeholders where the emergency is located, what areas to evacuate and which routes to take to exit the areas by sharing the plan as PDF. Emergency plans is a tool for people managing Health & safety issues in the port.

Add Emergency plan
Adding and editing emergency plans is for admins & users, whom have permissions. Learn more about managing permissions in Access rights
Open the Emergency plans panel from the right side toolbar to view or edit existing plans or to add a new one. You can search for a plan by it’s name. When adding a new plan click on the Add New button, then fill in the information. Name is the only required field for saving the plan!
In the Markings section you can form your plan on the map using measurement tools. You can also add icons and text to make the plan even more visual! If you have saved measurements you want to use you can select them from the Saved measurements drop down menu. Read more about saving measurements here. When you click a tool button on the bottom of the panel it activates the tool from the upper-left corner. When adding an icon or text you can choose a color and define the size for the marking using the slider.

Share Emergency plan
It’s easy to share the plan to the port staff and different stakeholders as PDF file with the Print map tool. Read more about the Print map tool here.
