Overview

GISGRO automatically creates a survey report in PDF format using the observations you make to the survey data and this will be shared to the client along with the data. You can download the survey report from the Report tab of the dataset info panel in the 3D view. Before you do, you can improve your report by adding a cover image and other information to it!

You can also add your organisation’s logo to the PDF report. It will replace the GISGRO logo set as default. See more information about adding the logo in User management & settings.

Report information

First name the report and give it a date (survey date is used as default). You can select English, Finnish, Swedish or Danish as the report language. Observations’ severity & titles will also be set according to the language selected.

Report cover image

Set a nice overview image of your dataset to your report! This gives the report a personal touch. Also, if you take the image in 3D, this will be the default camera angle when the client opens the dataset in the 3D view.

Report chapters

Add as many chapters as you like to your report. These can be used for example for technical data of the survey or any other additional information you want to share with the client.
