You can generate shareable links in Community to give your own stakeholders access to up-to-date info about berth reservations and port calls without having them log in to GISGRO. The link will open the combined view of calendar & map displaying the berths you have the permission to add reservations to and when changes are made the view updates automatically.

Berth reservation or port call details can only be viewed via the link so no edits can be made!

Add & manage links

Open Shareable links from the left side panel to view and manage the currently active ones. If you want to add a new link click on the +New button and give a description. Description is optional so you can add the link without one also! After the link has been added you can copy it to your clipboard by clicking the icon under Actions and then share to your stakeholders. The link will automatically expire two months after it has been generated but if you want to revoke it sooner you can click on the trash can icon under Actions and it will stop working immediately.

We recommend giving descriptions for the links if you plan to have more then one to tell them apart!'
