User management & settings

As an organisation admin, you have access to all data within the organisation. Admins also have access to the organisation settings and they can manage users (invite/remove). The first user in the organisation will be an admin by default.

Access organisation settings by clicking Organisation settings on the left corner.

Organisation details



Set or update the details of your organisation. Name, country and owner are required fields so fill them in to save the details.





General



Replace the default GISGRO logo from the reports generated by the system and select the app language for your organisation.

PDF report logo



Personalise your PDF reports and set your own organisation logo. Upload the logo and click Save.




User management



In User Management, you can invite new users or delete existing users from the organisation.


Manage Admin rights & Users



Organisation admins can be defined on the user management page. Only admins have access to organisation settings. Delete users, who no longer need access to GISGRO by clicking the trash can icon at the end of the user row.

Organisation admins are responsible of keeping the user list up to date.




Invite users



When inviting a new user, just fill in their email address and click Send Invitation and they will receive a registration link. You can also grant the user administration permissions with the invitation.

You can see pending invitations and cancel them via Invitations.
