• Maintenance plans & inspections

  Overview With Maintenance plans you can add inspections for assets, have reports available and see if there are assets that need attention. Inspections will be automatically created from maintenance plans based on the set reoccurrance and assignees will receive an email when the inspection date approaches. • Defects

  Overview With defects, you can keep track of your organisations repair or improvement needs. You can assign them to your GISGRO organisation users or to a subcontractor who doesn’t need an active GISGRO account. When you open the Defects panel you can filter them by tags, status, supervisor, assignee, observers or deadline. You can also choose to show only defects related to assets from the slider. • Dashboard

  Users with assigned tasks or active reminders can view all of them in the Dashboard. The dashboard panel has four parts: Inspections in progress - Incomplete inspections Pending inspections - Inspections that are due but not started Assigned issues - defects or incidents marked on the map, where you are selected as assignee Supervised issues - defects or incidents marked on the map, where you are selected as supervisor Active reminders - Reminders where the setFew readers
